HORMONE THERAPY
Hormone therapy for females:
Many women lack awareness of how their menstrual cycles function and the changes that occur with age. The transition through menopause can be challenging, with symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, vaginal dryness, brain fog, depression, low libido, recurrent UTIs, and sleep disturbances.
Hormone replacement therapy (HRT)—which supplements estrogen, progesterone, and/or testosterone—can effectively alleviate these symptoms. For many, HRT significantly improves quality of life during and after menopause, supporting a smoother transition and promoting confidence, comfort, and vitality.
Hormone therapy for gender transitioning
Hormone therapy can help align a person’s physical characteristics with their gender identity by adjusting hormone levels for transgender women and men. For many, this therapy can be life-changing—reducing gender dysphoria, improving mental health, and enhancing overall well-being.
Hormone therapy for males
Testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is used to treat men with low testosterone levels to help restore normal testosterone levels to improve energy, mood, libido, muscle mass, and bone density. It can be delivered through injections, gels, or patches. TRT is typically prescribed when blood tests confirm low testosterone and symptoms such as fatigue, reduced sex drive, or depression are present.
